Overview

The ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ has reached agreement with the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on a settlement around practices related to phosphate ore processing, land reclamation and process materials and waste management related to beneficiating phosphate mineral ore at the Company’s Rock Springs, Wyoming site. This settlement was entered by the Federal District Court for the District of Wyoming on September 4, 2020. The agreement will provide waste management practices that reduce overall waste volumes and ensures that taxpayer dollars will not be required for future closure of the facility.
